PJ Personnel are currently working alongside one of our clients in recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to work on a housing and apartment complex project based in County Galway. The company are one of Ireland’s fastest growing construction companies, specialising in various sectors within the multi disciplinary industry.
Requirements:
- Experience in the residential sector would be highly advantageous.
- You will be degree/diploma qualified in construction/civil engineering, and will have 5+ years’ proven experience of working with a large contractor in a Project Manager role.
- You must be capable of taking responsibility for a large project, ensuring the delivery of the project within time, cost and budget.
- Managerial attributes and a strong team work ethic to form, manage, mentor and motivate project teams to deliver a high quality finished product.
- A proactive management style with sound decision making skills along with the ability to work under pressure at times to ensure the completion of the project;
- Excellent organisation and time management skills in order to meet deadlines;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Word and excel
- Experience and or Training with BIM is advantageous
